Do you expect continuous guidance regarding remote participation and the ability to maintain F-1 statuses for continuing students who left the U.S. during the pandemic?

Q: Drew Gephart: When is the deadline or suggested date to provide/send Letter to Congressional Delegations with Recommendations for Visa Processing and OPT?A: Jose: We would suggest you send as soon as possible as the review at DHS/DOS and the White House are occurring now. An aspirational date would likely be something next week, definitely before the 22nd of May, which is when the review period by the Presidential Proclamation ends.
