I feel more grounded and aware of whats going on with myself, which allows me to do whats best for me. I’ve noticed myself being more reclusive lately and really craving more time for stuff like abhyanga and cooking for myself and japa. Its been a beautiful journey so far, so excited for more and more and more!

when I’m lazy I feel kapha, when i feel upset or frustrated i feel pitta and when I’m spaced out and have a lot going on/ feeling overwhelmed vata 🙂
Lauren Cutuli

Pitta — self-judgmental in my head, vata — feeling less grounded and feel it can make me anxious, which makes sense with me traveling

Could you please if there is time give some advise on to how to connect with our emotions? I really struggle to notice my emotions…
Vrindavani devi dasi
01:17:37
In Ayurveda; we take the approach of “addressing the imbalance first” so how do we apply this same principal in our lives in general? For example, of 5 aspects; friends / family / career / spirituality / spouse; if one of those aspects is suffering - should we take the same approach or is it that by nourishing ourselves we can bring all those things back in balance automatically?
Indya Arumugam
01:22:22
Is it a principle that if you have high pita or vata or kapha that you will naturally be attracted to more of the like, then you have to consciously choose to balance with an opposite? For example, someone with high pita, are they naturally attracted to eat spicy? And someone with high vata might want a dry foods like chips to snack on?

Is it avoidance/suppression, if there is an experience of an emotion and I just don’t know what to do with it, so I pass it along to Krishna for help? 😅 Or is is surrender? Can’t tell lol
