I think that the decision about whether to be allowed to die (DNR) or to be rescued, when the patient isn't able to state their wishes (like when they are in a coma and/or on a ventilator) is made by different groups depending on the circumstances. In my case, my mother & step-father made the decision to allow the doctors to bring me back out of my coma. That was a case where it worked out well... I recovered in a couple-three weeks, with very few remaining issues.

the measures to take are physical distancing, masks, only very small group, testing and hand washing. Get the numbers to a level where contact tracing is feasible. Masks, hand washing is a personal responsibility
