Extend compassion, ask her to communicate her feelings, separate the parties, have a staff member accompany Cassie, have a senior staff member converse with the firemen, document the incident, create a separate space for Cassie where she feels safe, and follow up with the PFR-R (3-3-3) response
Zarena Rigby
02:04:02
Offer to see if there are other sleeping accommodations. talk to team leader.
Zarena Rigby
02:04:54
take time to talk to them every day. stand between Cassie and the guys throughout the rest of the trip.
Michelle Iacoboni
02:04:55
for delegating a helper, i would consider using staff to place a lot of space between Cassie and the firefighters for the rest of the trip. other actions can then occur when the excursion is done.
Zarena Rigby
