Do you have any suggestions for how to keep paying attention to these pitfalls? It is so easy to get distracted and overwhelmed these days…

What kind of practices do you suggest for building Shalom in our team?

Most of my community is not yet Christian. Our focus this fall is the things we long for - trust, friendship, etc. with my hope being that these things might grow within the community, building a 'thicker' community. How can this be measured?

Talk as a team about each pitfall and how it might relate to your situation, using the questions or suggestions at the end of each chapter as a stimulus.2. Divvy up ownership among your teammates of pitfalls that seem pertinent to you right now, including ones that may not be represented here.3. Build in processing points to explore each relevant pitfall more deeply, based on what the owner of a given pitfall has been discovering in their research.4. Get a seasoned coach to help you and your team anticipate and navigate the danger zones.
