I have a client wanting to travel to Mexico with family mid November, but his passport expires within 6 months. The passport offices are backed up and even an expedited renewal will take 8 to 12 weeks. Is Mexico enforcing the 6 month rule during this Covid time?

Hi Julie. Its luck of the draw of who you get. I have sent clients before who had passports expiring in 90 days and they have been allowed…. but I think its luck of the draw.

I just got back from Mexico and had a passport that expires in early Feb. I had no issue whatsoever. Check with the airlines to be sure.

The Moon Palace restaurants were amazing, and there are actually more places then that to eat at when you figure in the jerk hut and casual panini places, sushi etc, the food is amazing here.

How do you handle food issues (I'm allergic to dairy, as an example)

Michelle ill answer this just because I just stayed there, and let her touch on it. EVERY place I ate at palace, the first question was “do you have food allergies” and they were able to accoomodate all of them.

Moon Palace Cancun is the resort I believe our daughter is going to in April with her boyfriends family

Are green fees included with their room?

Are all the clubs and bars and restaurants open right now and open til 3am(NOir) even during covid times?

Which of the resorts are adults only?

Are the resorts currently at full capacity or is capacity being limited to ensure people can keep distance from other guests?

I didn't know anything about Palace Resorts until today; do you offer kids programs and is there a fee for those?

I think the adults only are LeBlanc, Isla Mujeres and Sun Palace

Love the spa in Jamaica!

Are the spas additional cost or included?

On the non-motorized equipment, do they have to stay in a certain area of the resort? Such as, are they limited to how far out they are allowed?

Also what was amazing is not just one panel of the glass door opens up, multiple panels open up so you could open up almost the entire wall!

Can I have chocolate milk too? Maybe spikes with some kalua...

Are hammocks on every balcony?

do you have to make a reservation to use a neighbor resort? How about the restaurants?

My host agency is in MN - ok to have you still have my information for local events and trainings?

How long is the kids stay free promo good for? My neighbor is looking at family trip and they are trying to decide when to go. I can encourage them to do so during this promotion and before their oldest turns 18

I had the opportunity to tour the Cancun area resorts a few years ago. I was highly impressed and am excited to see there are new properties in Jamaica and the Cabo area!

What about Mask use? Required?

Is it difficult to go to Jamaica right now for US citizens?
