I am now investigating the results on a new OD having the same D/t ratio of one of the pipe to make sure that the D/t doesn't affect the results

It's been said that it's the shape of the dent that determines the Pressure failure, especially with respect to fatigue. It would be nice to see if it's the case keeping D/t=constant
