We have set up staff wellbeing group. The company approved well being an hour per week. We oprganise talks and chair yoga session.
Implementation of a flexible working policy whereby staff have the option to work from home for a set amount of days per weekSurveying and group reflections for future planning
Well Being workshops covering health, nutrition, mental health, exercise, mindfulness which are live and confidenitial and recorded so all staff can see them
Wellbeing hour given to employees each week, zoom free time put in diaries
whilst in virtual mode ensuring there are checkins at the beginning of each meeting
Implemented Agile and flexible working policy update
We have virtual coffee mornings where people are randomly paired to meet and have a coffee once a month
Goodie bags for all staff
two extra holidays given last year as thank you days
Have a team of mental health first aiders supporting colleagues
Sharing resources available to staff members, for example Perkbox wellbeing as self service. Shared Financial wellbeing from our payslips provider. Trained mental health first aiders.
We organise discussion several times a month discussion groups on wellbeing topics
Training on: wellbeing awareness, managing stress, resiliance, self care
We have a specific monthly exchange group on burnout prevention and to support those who have come back after a burnout
