Revamping Struggles Church wide living with COVID, and the title was appealing for me as a youth worker, but also towards our church as a while

I am a Director of Children, Youth, and Family ministries and we are seeing less and less of young families attending church. We are hoping to start our LOGOS program again in January in hopes to attract those young families.

I’ve recently returned to a parish setting and it’s a church doing a lot of soul-searching on building connections and relationships with various groups in the community around them. Seemed relevant. And Laura’s the best!

I am working with my church to reach out to our congregation members that have not returned or plugged in since covid. I am seeking guidance to help with the discussion

"why aren't people coming to church" was a question I heard and asked before covid, but now it seems that post (or even still during) covid is factoring in how, why, and if people are coming to church.

figuring out all the “rules” of each church as you enter.

And then I discover if the church is actually anything like their website describes.

I actively avoid churches that say they welcome everyone but do not name who they welcome. Side-eye.

And to complicated it further Bill, when institutional survival is also tied to personal and professional survival, are pastors willing to be the type of evangelists that always lean toward participating actively in the kingdom of God?

We have opened our doors to a Homeschool Co-op! It is such a blessing for us and them.

That is great! Use the building for good. :-)

We have more people like 10x more in the building during the week than Sundays almost all are leases to nonprofits that align with our churches deepest values and it’s awesome!

Oh, that is great! I know being property management can be tough, but so great when values align.
