Step Program Accountability Call! - Shared screen with speaker view
Who can see your viewing activity?
I have a ToDoLater label for things that I won’t get to in the next week because I know I don’t have the time to tackle it - the kids are screaming, so I can’t actually unmute ;)
All of this sounds like we can categorize it in our master project list and next action list
We have to get better at then working off of these lists
WHICH is what I think this program is going to help us with
Calendar = Tickler ?
I’ve added more folders too for open and semi-open items and found it helpful - @Next Action (this month, but not this week); @Pending (waiting), ~Shopping (receipts/coupons), ~Read & Review, and ~Online Courses
Love that Annette! My most helpful folders are To Discuss and Waiting. I still have to figure out what the other best places are for the other stuff.
Annette I agree. I use @nextaction and @tickler and @waiting for now.
I used to do Friday afternoon when I was working. I liked to process the week and plan for the next week. Different now that I'm home full time.
I do weekly reviews, but sometimes I can’t fit everything into one session. So sometimes I do different parts of the weekly review at different times, like sorting through physical inbox at one time, reviewing my planner/projects lists/task manager etc. at another time. I have been trying for Sunday, but it’s not working great, so I’m going to move it to Saturday.
That is friendship!
I like that idea Claire. I never feel like I have enough time to do it all in the same time.
Great idea Rachel!
Such a great idea, thank you!
That's what I was saying. Friday afternoon is what I did at my last office
I use the Full Focus planner by Michael Hyatt and Co. which has a weekly review section and prompts, which I really like.
Good for you!
It was hard for me when I approached this the first time, but easy this time.
Did you clear out a space? Where is it? What obstacles came up for you or what questions do you have about a command central?
That was neat
I second a portable folder!
Thank you all!
