How do you know if you should attest as a group or an individual

On the 90 day period for PI does it have to be per quarter or can it be like middle of the month going out 90 days ?

It can be any consecutive 90 days or more

So how do you know who needs to be reported?

If we report as a group and we have 1 physician that scored really well, can we report that physician as an individual even though he is reported in the group?

to check go to the QPP participation tool and entering the provider NPI

If you're an opt-in Group and your prelim score is not 60, do you suggest Groups not opt-in and just report for individual(s) required to report?

Jackie, here is some info from the QPP Website:

Participate as a GroupA group is defined as a single TIN with 2 or more clinicians (at least one clinician within the group must be MIPS eligible) as identified by their NPI, who have reassigned their Medicare billing rights to a single TIN. A practice can participate as a group if the practice (TIN) exceeds the low-volume threshold and is MIPS eligible, or opt-in eligible, at the practice level. There is no requirement for a practice that is eligible as a group to participate as a group.

Will we be able to get a cpy of all of these slides?

Please clarify. if clinicians are Individual No but group Yes, do you need to report as a GROUP.

If you report as a group last year, are you required to report as a group this year?

Say you have 3 Practioners. Two are eligible to report and the other is not eligible do you report as a group or ind and do you report for all three?
