What statute number for the election questions?

We may end up having to add a precinct, if the county commissioner seat gets split within our township. We still need to set our polling location at the end of the year. If we end up adding a precinct, remind me what the timeline for designating those polling places, most likely combined. Thank you.

Has there been a supreme court decision on approaches? We had an approach put in, and the decision exceeded the 60 day rule. We were advised that the 60 day rule does not apply to non zoning/building issues. Is this still hold?

This is in regard to ARPA monies - when calculating revenue, we know you do not include federal dollars, but what about annexation dollars - after an annexation you get a percentage of the tax for a short period of time, but not always sure what those dollar amounts are, so really can't predict what the amount will be.

Thank you. It was put in before he asked for the permit, but not in an approved spot. Now he has to remove it and he is stating the 60 day rule. interesting situation.
