Who can see your viewing activity?
Lubin Prevatt, Hickory Hills
I am from cameron park -- laura
Lakemont - nomic
Will the people who currently live in these areas be able to afford the planned development for this site?
Yes! What is the inclusion of affordable housing in this plan. Not just 80% of AMI.
If the rezoning is approved for 20 stories then, unless conditions specify a height, you or future owners could go to 20 stories
BRB guys - toddler meltdown...
350 units currently available
Dewitt Carolinas showed us a point where there western most street has a significantly higher elevation than does the current Navaho Drive.
Will the Midtown CAC (Patrick Martin Chair) be informed about your next meeting ?
What are the Levels of Service that were reported in the TIA ? Patrick and Jennifer, please provide a copy of the TIA.
Jennifer I was unable to join session until now. Sorry for delay. Will Avondale notify all Tenants at the Point by Letter? Will Avondale place more signs than before--there were very few signs at the Point and none at Townes of Cheswick before.
On what date will the TIA be shared with us?
The City is often not known as the friend of existing neighborhoods.
Thank you, Jennifer
Thank you Jennifer.
Is Council planning to pay for this and construct it with their upcoming parks bond? I don't recall seeing it there.
Maybe z-45-21 has some $?
My understanding is that they are waiting for developers to sign onto project
Jason-Who will pay for 2 bridges mentioned?
Jason Hardin: Thank you for your professionalism, and for always being calm and polite.
Jason - as we have discussed, the problem is actual spending on road infrastructure before or during development projects like North Hills; Hardimont street calming is proceeding without Green Street planning; North Hills is being developed with 40 story buildings without Six Forks road improvements. That part of funding was removed from Six Forks plan. Why can’t there be a co=ordinator for the Midtown plan be integral to development in Midtown?
Agree with points Larry has raised!
When does that divergent diamond project start?
The City does not want the citizens to see the total impact of all of the development they are approving. Midtown CAC has asked the City many times over many years to do a Comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis that is based on all known and anticipated development. The City obviously does not have any intentions to make a comprehensive study made public.
same thing happened with Smokey Hollow development on Peace Street
Thank you Jason!
thank you Jason
Thank you Jason.
Thanks to all.
Jason Hardin (City of Raleigh)
Thanks for having me, good to be here and see some familiar faces! Happy holidays!
If you want to keep up with meeting info, sign up for Livable Raleigh’s email at www.livable raleigh .com
We send out a weekly update and we have a calendar on our website
I'd be happy to receive, but for ease for you, is there a place you could post them and we could download from there? Then you could just send at email notifying us that x, y, or z has been posted.
can it be an opt in choice
rather than send to all
with agenda would be a good idea
could you send the slides to livableraleigh
Thanks Patrick for all your work and joining us on vacation!!
Sounds good, Patrick. Thanks for being so accommodating.
North Hills is proposing three 40-story towers along Six Forks Roae, one 30-story tower behind the former Penney's, and a 12-story tower at the Lassiter along Rowan Street.
The Montecito project presentation at 5:00 p.m. this afternoon was not a very understandable or informative presentation.
