Please stay muted until Natalie opens up for questions - thanks!
Any suggestions specific to sleep deprivation due to menopause? I have tried everything short of HRT, which I won’t take. :(
Natalie, hi looking for a good sleep questionnaire to get discussion going.
Thoughts on a sleeping aid such as brown/white noise machine?
can you put up references and resources
I am also curious about standardized assessments or tools
How did you get into sleep studies?
Will this recording be available for re-listen?
Drew - yes I will post it to the OTAC website under Events --> Conversations That Matter Series. It will be up by the end of the week!
are these free?
Thanks so much!
hello there! a lot of us have had to increase our virtual time (hi me) with everything going on. Any opinion on blue light glasses? Best practices for breaks?
Have you found that calming, quiet music is helpful for sleep, or do you find that even calming, soft music is alerting?
Any other basic sleep hygiene resources that may be good to recommend to patients
other than "personal preference" or temperature regulation, do you have comments on weighted blankets, flannel vs cotton vs silk sheets, types and numbers of pillows, pjs (or none!) or staying in day lounge-wear like sweats (thinking of clients who stay in the same clothes 24+ hours/day); thank you!
Can you share a little more about CBT-I?
