WOAH highlights and confusions???

Antinous death was pretty satisfying but all of the other deaths were pretty overly gory

especially melanthius's death was really brutal

Me neither, but movies that try to completely avoid blood and gore tend to lose immersion

so, here's what I wanted to say: I LOVE Penelope!! She didn't blindly say "oh, you claim to be Odysseus, alright then!" No, because that would be just foolish. However, I can see that women of the time might have been expected to naively believe strangers when they claim to be their husbands. The fact that Penelope didn't do that I think is really awesome, and says a lot about her as a character.
