The biggest issue for Ignacio is that we would not receive enough in title 3A to qualify for the grant. It would be nice if this could change so that the small schools could qualify without having to go through the trouble of combining with other schools or a BOCES. Can that be looked into?

Thank you for your question and concern Christopher. Allocation and Acceptance criteria are not authorities authorized by the Secretary and would require a change in the law by congress. I want to reiterate what Robert mentioned and work with your RC to partner with neighboring districts or BOCES to partner and provide services without a significant amount of additional burden on the districts.

It would be so helpful to have Tammy's presentation edited into a short video! Districts could share the video with their stakeholder groups as they consider priorities and activities.
