How many people do you have on success teams? We are worried that it is going to be difficult to have so many people to buy in to doing this work

Right now 4 per team (7 teams) Faculty member, Counselor, Data Coach and Student Navigator

I also encourage Academic Senates to reach out to your Classified Senates. Sometimes Classified Senates feel like they are overlooked and are hesitant to say advocate for themselves. Reaching out goes a long way to validate classified involvement.
