Forgive me if this was already covered as I had to be a bit late. Is there a way to know if our first application (before the do-over) had problems, or were all applications rejected?
Lekita - UFS
22:14
Do have to have received the first round to apply for the second round?
Christie Ison
33:35
To clarify: My org makes meals for those in need. Can we ask for a grant to pay for these meals and then give them to partner organizations to distribute them? If some of our partner organizations also directly apply for the grant, can we then use our grant to distribute to organizations who did not receive their own grant?
Holly Arnold
36:12
@ Christie, my question is very similar to yours...
Phillip Fletcher
39:51
Can you return to the application or do you need to complete it all at once?
Sandra Mitchell
40:03

On the prior seminar, labor costs for actually preparing food was defined as an administrative cost. That would seem to be a direct cost, not an administrative cost. Is the direct labor a direct cost or administrative cost?
Christie Ison
40:51
No money is being passed along

If you want to provide your service in a City that meets the poverty requirement but the County does not. How can we show or select that the city meet those requirements?

monte

How do we provide services to business that were affected by Covid. Do we make checks payable to those businesses
Brandon House
43:03
can you make clear on the budget form when you have utility assistance that you are paying for. Some past due bills may be $900, other $700. There are varied amounts. How does your budget articulate the amounts when you don't know the amount. Do you say $4000 will go to Entergy? $2,000 goes to X Utility Company. The same is true for mortgage assistance. Mortgage amounts are varied.
Holly Arnold
43:10
To be clear, as a home delivered meals and transportation provider to senior citizens, we can apply for funding based on those services alone?
Michael Jackson
43:44
You indicated that there are six priority services. The section of the guidance lists those items starting with Mortgage Assistance. Is the list in the guidance in priority order? For example, is mortgage assistance more important than clothing.
Sandra Mitchell
44:12
thank you
Michael Jackson
44:12
Are proposals considered on a first come first serve basis or will they be considered all at once?
monte
44:23

Are we allowed to assist with partial mortgage payments?
Brandon House
01:00:01
This is Pam Bax from Brandon House. Still would like clarity on the budget question asked above related to the budget. For food, we take the family shopping. How do you budget when you do not know what will be spent. For example for a family of 4, are we budgeting so much in funds for eggs, so much funding for milk? Just need clarity on the budget rather than saying $8500 spent on food, how do you wish us to show the budget.
Antonio Jamison
01:02:23
From my understanding just so I am clear you can not pay for a integrity to provide a service the organization should be the one providing the service directly to the community.
Antonio Jamison
01:03:05
Entity, sorry

For documentation purposes, if you were provided a route sheet for meals and sign in sheets for transportation, would that suffice? (less client address info)
Antonio Jamison
01:24:17
