The City does have a noise ordinance regulating loud noise. You can contact our office at district@houstontx.gov for more information

Super Neighborhood 22 has also been very involved specifically with bar noise

Regarding the security, By chance have you guys call the police regarding all the theft that have happened lately in the neighborhood as a civic association?

Interested in receiving an update on any future sidewalk/ditch development in cottage grove west. Where could I receive an update?

The infrastructure committee will continue to press the city on the timeline for Cottage Grove west improvements and will share any new information with the civic association!

The hookah bar and other harmful businesses should be something that is addressed by our neighborhood as they will increase crime. I’m surprised they are allowed to be so close to the park as well as the CBD shop. Shootings and drug dealings already take place at our park.
