Please explain the org budget requirement, if we operate on a fiscal year that is not the calendar year. Can we look at financials for the calendar years as requested - when covid impacts were the greatest?
If the presenter, director, and producer are U.S. based, can the performers be from another country?

Can you please clarify the budget requirement? Are we eligible if our University has a budget above $5M but we, as a presenter, have a budget under $5M? Will you request financial documents including operating budgets, audit and form i990, and can these be from the University in general? Finally, are all University presenters eligible, including those associated with private universities? Thank you!

For University presenters, should we answer the demographics questions from the perspective of the University or the presenter?

Similar question to Marie-Laure’s about budget: if the presenter is under the aegis of a larger nonprofit entity, does the $5M threshold apply for the full nonprofit organization? Or can it apply to the center within the org that acts as the presenter? In my case, the presenter/ APAP member is a center with a budget of less than $5M; the nonprofit it is a part of has a much larger budget.
Can a formal consortium of presenters apply together to work with a single artist in multiple locations?

What criteria determines who gets the $35,000 grant versus the $50,000?
The form has space for Presenter and Artist. Howver, as an Agent, I handle negotiations, logistics, artist bios, though Artist & Presenter discuss artistic content. How do we manage both Agent & Artist having access to the form?
Can an artist be a playwright who is hiring actors and musical performers for a world premiere youth program?

if an artist has 2 completely unique and different acts, can one presenter apply for one, and another for another, even if some of the artists overlap?

Can the artist applying with a presenter be an artistic director performing in and planning a festival?
Is a project with an artist that is already contracted for the 2022 time period eligible?

Going back to eligibility, are municipally owned theaters able to apply? It was mentioned that only (c)3 organizations are eligible.
I am a little confused by your last response to my question. There is a presenting organization that wants to partner with me as a playwright and performer (so the playwright is the artist not the presenter).

Project dates Feb 15-Dec 31, 2022, yes? And did you just indicate the notifications will come in mid-March? Or is that disbursement of funds?
