vote from the pardons board and the issue is now with the governor for his review. It has been roughly four months and client is still waiting for a decision. what if any factors contribute to a delay in action by the governor?

Has there been any headway on eliminating past press articles that detail an individual’s case and factual allegations after their case has been expunged.

After a defendant has completed their sentence, is there a waiting period to apply for a pardon?
