poor quality data = a lack of good easy to use failure-action-malfunction codes as easy to select check boxes BMETS buy into using - N1JSM

is there an AAMi or better and ACCE library of collected AEM files one can cross link to any CMMS ?
Kyle Holetz
01:01:42
Hey Scot, I believe OneSource Docs has a library of AEM information and related materials. OneSource can be integrated with just about any CMMS system
Mark Woodruff
01:01:53
Good idea. Once analyzed, good if there was an available public standard.

Ted in your opinion is it worth manually updating this data in the cmms as it relates to the network connected medical devices or would it be more preferred to have an automated tool to capture it and maintain it?
J Scot Mackeil. CBET
01:02:33
I have TMS enterprise. I wonder if they will link?
Mark Woodruff
01:04:39
The data provided by iOT is mainly not the same as data referenced here. But they do find the devices.
Kyle Holetz
01:04:45
Possibly…. Would be a good question for Al Gresch
Mark Woodruff
01:05:25
MediMizer has the OneSource link. Good stuff as they keep expanding.
Aaron Peters
01:06:20
Mike, I think it's definitely worth adding some of the data that is relevant to you. We had one customer that had an attack and they were able to dispatch techs in less than 11 minutes to all devices because they tracked that entry point.
Alan Gresch
01:06:37
Connectiv has OneSource integration as well.

Great work Ted. Thank you so much for presenting!
Samantha Moriarty
01:08:32
Thank you Ted! Also, lots of great questions from our audience, I'll be sure to keep track of them so that Ted/Vendors can answer!
Alan Gresch
01:10:36
On the iOT question, consuming data from iOT devices is of the same ilk as RFID data or Network monitoring data. Different data but similarly consumed from an interface perspective.
Alan Gresch
01:12:45
Depending on what it is, you need to ensure network security is maintained.
Aaron Peters
01:17:21
AIMS also works with OneSource.

as a point of care BMET - my Iphone is now my most important tool. a CMMS that has a great mobile web portal that runs in the browser is key for me.... taking a photo of a bar code and having a work order open is on my wish list.

Data control, the systems all permit you to limit ability to add new equipment types and vendors. Those in particular require control. I like the idea of putting in Employee Handbook. Bravo.
Mark Woodruff
02:39:00
A policy on vendor name changes, buyouts is needed as people do it case by case if no policy. Old name(s) field helps.
Connor Roberts
02:39:24
Is it possible/easy to integrate other, custom software with your platforms? Like through an API?
Mark Woodruff
02:40:59
Will UDI become useful this century?
Henry Stankiewicz Jr.
02:41:25
mike think positive
