Good morning everyone! Really looking forward to today.

WorkVentures is happy to 'out' ourselves as one of the organisations

20:13
Hi everyone - Stephen from LMCF on Wurundjeri land here.

30:54
Green Connect is also happy to "out" ourselves - and thank the CSI team for this amazing piece of research.

31:05
You're welcome :)

31:36
STREAT is really happy to come out as well!!

42:11
I completely agree with all of Kate's points. Incredibly valuable, external research, which helps the SE's involved and the sector as a whole. Beautifully respectful approach from the researchers, particularly with the young people they interviewed. And EXCELLENT resources now being made available. Thank you CSI!

43:28
Hello everyone! Please feel free to put forward your questions in the Q and A function

55:44
couldn’t agree with you more Kate. And actually fills a space that Gov employment services cannot

57:19
Im interested in continuing that conversation about employment service system post seminar.

Me too - please feel free to get in touch. kylie.flament@green-connect.com.au. We've been advocating to both NSW and federal government about this a lot over the last three months but it is slow going.

Rosie Nash- in response to your question about startup support, you may like to try Social Startup Studio: https://www.socialstartupstudio.com.au/. They have a range of free resources on their website, along with in-person support for Vic-based SEs.

01:11:46
Hi Olivia - Social Traders. Studio isn't only for Vic SEs :-)

01:11:49
And reach out to your state-based SE network (e.g. SENVIC in Victoria; SECNA in NSW, QSEC in Queensland)

01:14:24
THANK YOU for all your comments and answers. Very kind, inclusive and motivating.

01:14:42
Thanks Kylie...yes, SENVIC is always delighted to connect with social entrepreneurs and allies in Victoria as are the other state and territory networks

01:18:01
Yes please Jo!!! All the ministers we have spoken to have asked us to prove our cost savings to government - but most have said that (a) Treasury won't take into account "secondary savings" and (b) they are only interested in the savings to their own portfolio, so we need some good, external research to show the savings to government as a whole to have a "transdisciplinary" conversation with them.

01:18:38
Thanks all. I need to head off to another CSI webinar but I wanted to say, thank you for a great webinar here. Lots of wonderful info, reflections and tips.
