02:04:22
is my zoom working or are we all waiting on a presenter?
Courtney
02:06:26
I think it starts at 2:30 so I think everything is working fine
Krisell
02:22:41
please mute your computers
John Hall
02:23:42
please mute phone if you called in
Bradley’s iPad
02:36:52
Our Webiz only is showing one of our relief Pharmacists since the add vaccine tab was added. Last night all were there but only add history was there as well. Today only 1 out of 5 that are signed up are listed?
Brenna’s iPhone
02:40:47
hallelujah!!!!
Brenna’s iPhone
02:42:43
how do we need to document the order that the nurse will be following?
John Clay Kirtley
02:43:59
I would say when you process the paperwork and order it then you let the nurse know just like you would the other pharmacist or intern you are working with.
iPhone
02:46:13
what forms are needed for the board of pharmacy for pharmacies that have extended their building to make a vaccine clinic (to make the vaccine clinic technically part of your pharmacy if within the same building)?
jordanfoster
02:55:34
Just to remind everyone, this video is being recorded and will be available later today to watch. We will pull out Erin Beth’s demonstration as its own video as well so everyone can watch this part again.
Mandy
02:56:20
We do not have the inventory tab listed on webiz. I put in a ticket today. Anything else I should do?
J & K Bond
02:57:08
Are you going to put the flat file on APA site and instructions?
ngray@SMRMC
02:57:41
When adding Pfizer inventory to WebIZ, are we using 6 doses per vial as standard?
LEE WILSON
02:59:08
in the first form. you had clinic web iz. what if you have a personal webiz and a clinic web iz number. what do you do if you don't have a clinic ID. Can you use you personal web iz.
Kathryn Stark
03:00:10
if we use the flat file option but then our system automatically uploads once we process the claims (ie next day) will this show up as a duplication?
Eric Crumbaugh
03:00:19
Does this deduct from your clinic inventory?
Randy Kassissieh
03:00:55
it didn’t look like it did Eric…I think she showed that she still needed to deduct the inventory
Andy Roller
03:01:42
So as long as "on hand" is correct on WebIZ, we are good?
Julie Stewart
03:02:09
so to clarify, our vaccination numbers are based on our inventory entries NOT submissions of patients
Scott Stanley
03:02:13
I thought that is what vaccine Finder was for end of Day inventoy
Allie Staton
03:02:21
Correct Julie and Andy
Randy Kassissieh
03:02:23
as long as your reducing your inventory by “administer-electronically” then yes if inventory is correct in WebIz you may be good
LEE WILSON
03:02:27
also in pioneer rx unless you process the transaction out at register it will not upload to web iz. or that is how mine is set up
Brian Smith
03:02:30
that is correct Allie Staton. PioneerRx is sending the doses to WebIZ. you still have to login in webIz daily and deduct those doses.
Julie Stewart
03:03:57
we’ve been adjusting inventory but we haven’t manually adjust up
Brenna’s iPhone
03:05:59
transferring pharmacies have been transferring based on official 5/10 dose. Then the receiving pharmacy manually adjusts up
Daniel Lunsford
03:06:24
I don't see an inventory tab
Taylor Brown
03:07:26
bump this post "if we use the flat file option but then our system automatically uploads once we process the claims (ie next day) will this show up as a duplication?"
Brian Smith
03:12:49
STCimmslink. ours are going through fine. took us about 3 months to get set up.
Ward Lee
03:16:23
Often there is a blue sentence above date of birth that requires that you enter demographic info. If you click that line and update it frees you to do the other actions.
Erin Hays
03:16:35
Another point if using flat file. You will have to changed your list separator from "|" back to "," (a comma) when doing your vaccine finder upload at the end of each day. Vaccine finder needs the comma to work.
Lisa Buell
03:17:48
do u have to select a prescriber n webiz
Erin Hays
03:18:23
prescriber is not a required field in webiz
Victoria Hennessey
03:18:32
See above for the powerpoint that Nick Harrar at STC sent me for use of STC/Immslink with PioneerRx. His email is nick_harrar@stchome.com
scott
03:19:03
Eric, Can you show us what to do if you can't find the patient in WebIZ?
Eric Crumbaugh
03:19:40
Eric Crumbaugh Cell 870-761-0980
Jenny Westbrook
03:21:15
Do we need to reconcile daily?
parks
03:21:20
If you can't see Inventory tab, you will have to get either Rachel Odom or WebIz help to add those righs.
Andrea Brown
03:21:43
Can you clarify the difference between doing a reconciliation and an inventory adjustment to adjust the doses out that we have administered? STC is reporting the doses for me but unsure what the correct process is to update the inventory.
parks
03:21:43
Otherwise, you can't add vaccinations or receive/send transfers
J & K Bond
03:22:09
If you go under your user id you can change some of the fields to automatically default and save time. It is quicker to use the patient search at the top the screen. Lets you skip a step
J & K Bond
03:22:56
For Ticket hit support on top of page. It is fast quick and they respond fast
Lisa Buell
03:23:00
on vaccine finder can you just select manual and then enter your current number of vaccines? is it more complicated then that?
J & K Bond
03:23:57
It is more complicated. You have to download their flat file, put the number in and then upload the file. They are trying to make it as time consuming as possible
YANCI
03:25:31
If we have been selecting just administered… is that an issue?
Randy Kassissieh
03:26:33
Randy Kassissieh 501-772-1123
Eric Crumbaugh
03:32:42
@YANCI, you cannot add vaccines to the record from administered.
Erin Hays
03:32:56
For anyone having questions about flat file submission my email is ebhays@wrmc.com and phone is 870-307-2582
Eric Crumbaugh
03:33:10
You have to make sure and "Add Vaccines" then administer.
J & K Bond
03:33:15
At the end of the day; count your vials multiply by 5 and adjust the inventory to that amount if does not match what WebIZ says you have.
Jon Martin
03:33:20
Rachel Odom did recommend to make that overfill correction each day so as to not lose track of when there are overfill doses. easier to keep track of 6 or 7 doses
Lisa Thornton
03:35:00
if inventory adjustments need to be made for more than 1 day. Should those entries be made separately, one for each day?
J & K Bond
03:35:03
Have never gotten 7 doses out of a vial yet and I am using a large magnifying glass to pull vaccine.
J & K Bond
03:37:43
You do have to add because it will not let you administer if the system shows you are out of vaccine.
Brian Smith
03:39:35
PioneerRx sends to stc who forwards to state.
Brian Smith
03:39:58
you still have to adjust inventory in webiz each day.
Brian Smith
03:40:15
and vaccine finder as well
Laura Lumsden
03:40:42
Vaccine Complete through Prescribe Wellness is another option for uploading to WebIZ. We do not have Pioneer.
LEE WILSON
03:42:26
call me I cant figure this out
LEE WILSON
03:42:34

How do you schedule that second dose in Acuity? I just added it to the site
Allie Staton
03:56:16
I have the same function with second dose added to my intake form for Acuity!
Brandon Achor
03:57:46

John Hall
03:58:11

Brian Smith
04:01:44
we have a list that we update each day with 1a, 1b, and 1c.
Brandon Achor
04:01:45
turn those calls over to a staff member, if they’re already on the phone it’ll be faster for a pharmacy worker to pull up and do it

What's the update on Arkansas Medicaid? do we have to bill those admin fees on the medical portal? It would helpful to be able to send through the pharmacy benefit.
Beth
04:08:48
Has anyone had any success billing Optum? I got a “route of administration not covered” rejection.
Nicki Hilliard
04:09:28
Send denied claim issues to Nicki@arrx.org or post on the Q & A page so that we can troubleshoot.
Eric Crumbaugh
04:10:57
FYI a lot of times you will get NDC not covered. If you submit an 02 (first does) or an 06 (for second dose) in the submission clarification code, then they will pay
Julie Stewart
04:11:56
I ran medimpact claims today and they showed ndc not covered with 02 in SCC field
Soo’s Drug
04:14:41
No SCC code required for medimpact claims. leave it blank 👍🏼

from Greg Turner: if a patient’s insurance rejects and says the vaccination should be billed on medical, does that qualify as under insured/ uninsured?
Scott Stanley
04:20:06
I agree Eric!
iPhone
04:20:42

guys don’t forget money can’t replace a life. even if we don’t get paid a dime it’s worth the lives saved.
Eric Crumbaugh
04:27:09
Brian I totally agree however we need to draw a hard line that we are providing a valuable service and have to be paid. I can't keep my pharmacy open on good will... Off my soap box.
