Our Webiz only is showing one of our relief Pharmacists since the add vaccine tab was added. Last night all were there but only add history was there as well. Today only 1 out of 5 that are signed up are listed?
how do we need to document the order that the nurse will be following?

I would say when you process the paperwork and order it then you let the nurse know just like you would the other pharmacist or intern you are working with.
what forms are needed for the board of pharmacy for pharmacies that have extended their building to make a vaccine clinic (to make the vaccine clinic technically part of your pharmacy if within the same building)?

in the first form. you had clinic web iz. what if you have a personal webiz and a clinic web iz number. what do you do if you don't have a clinic ID. Can you use you personal web iz.
if we use the flat file option but then our system automatically uploads once we process the claims (ie next day) will this show up as a duplication?

as long as your reducing your inventory by “administer-electronically” then yes if inventory is correct in WebIz you may be good
also in pioneer rx unless you process the transaction out at register it will not upload to web iz. or that is how mine is set up
that is correct Allie Staton. PioneerRx is sending the doses to WebIZ. you still have to login in webIz daily and deduct those doses.
we’ve been adjusting inventory but we haven’t manually adjust up
transferring pharmacies have been transferring based on official 5/10 dose. Then the receiving pharmacy manually adjusts up

STCimmslink. ours are going through fine. took us about 3 months to get set up.
Often there is a blue sentence above date of birth that requires that you enter demographic info. If you click that line and update it frees you to do the other actions.
Another point if using flat file. You will have to changed your list separator from "|" back to "," (a comma) when doing your vaccine finder upload at the end of each day. Vaccine finder needs the comma to work.

If you can't see Inventory tab, you will have to get either Rachel Odom or WebIz help to add those righs.
Can you clarify the difference between doing a reconciliation and an inventory adjustment to adjust the doses out that we have administered? STC is reporting the doses for me but unsure what the correct process is to update the inventory.

If you go under your user id you can change some of the fields to automatically default and save time. It is quicker to use the patient search at the top the screen. Lets you skip a step

For Ticket hit support on top of page. It is fast quick and they respond fast

It is more complicated. You have to download their flat file, put the number in and then upload the file. They are trying to make it as time consuming as possible
If we have been selecting just administered… is that an issue?

At the end of the day; count your vials multiply by 5 and adjust the inventory to that amount if does not match what WebIZ says you have.
Rachel Odom did recommend to make that overfill correction each day so as to not lose track of when there are overfill doses. easier to keep track of 6 or 7 doses
if inventory adjustments need to be made for more than 1 day. Should those entries be made separately, one for each day?

You do have to add because it will not let you administer if the system shows you are out of vaccine.
PioneerRx sends to stc who forwards to state.

Vaccine Complete through Prescribe Wellness is another option for uploading to WebIZ. We do not have Pioneer.

I have the same function with second dose added to my intake form for Acuity!
edit the current appointment and select “new appointment” this will copy everything about the 1st dose and you can set day/time

we have a list that we update each day with 1a, 1b, and 1c.
turn those calls over to a staff member, if they’re already on the phone it’ll be faster for a pharmacy worker to pull up and do it

What's the update on Arkansas Medicaid? do we have to bill those admin fees on the medical portal? It would helpful to be able to send through the pharmacy benefit.
Has anyone had any success billing Optum? I got a “route of administration not covered” rejection.

FYI a lot of times you will get NDC not covered. If you submit an 02 (first does) or an 06 (for second dose) in the submission clarification code, then they will pay
I ran medimpact claims today and they showed ndc not covered with 02 in SCC field
