What is the County plan to ensure all this new community data is aligned with County. What kind of internal changes is County making to their data collection and analysis when it comes to disparate populations? For example, the way you show race/ethnicity data is non-transparent and makes it impossible to monitor what is being done. What is the part on the dashboard that is in different language scripts.

So, we already have a grant to collect CHNA data. How is County going to ensure alignment with our current efforts?

For the CHNA grants, do you know how many surveys each grantee will be expected to collect?

It looks like you will need to over-sample in some communities so as not to skew the data. Are you planning to translate it?

Along with our efforts to over-sample underrepresented communities, we also analyze all data by race to show differences in responses based on self-identified race. That is appreciated Annie, but data by race is not helpful or transparent bc it is no disaggregated.

that’s helpful, as long as it is collected in a disaggregated way. Your data thresholds need to be updated to include disaggregated numbers.
