Agree on your internet based comments. Land line phones and cable are pieces of the past. As long as we have good cell data and internet connectivity

From an economic development perspective, I'm curious about the "losses not realized" due to lack of broadband. Meaning, not meeting the requirements of businesses we're trying to attract to the state or recruited talent not wanting to move to the state (or different parts of the state) due to lack of broadband access.

lack of broadband means lack of innovation including in agriculture, healthcare, and so on.

Completely agree with your placemaking comment. People are no longer moving/following companies - companies are following people.

a. Identify 3-4 services that you personally use that can only be consumed online and that Wisconsinites without broadband access lack access to. It could be anything, but a few examples might include ordering groceries or attending virtual church.

Consider the speakers we've hosted this year and the task ahead of us with BEAD funding and a once-in-a-generation opportunity to expand broadband. As we begin looking toward the 2023 report, what topics, data, and messages should we be thinking about? How might the content of the report serve the state’s five year action plan?
