Many companies are reducing FTEs by placing exempt employees on work share layoff etc. How do you manage reduced hours for salaried employees whose work week typically is not monitored?
Joe beat me to the punch, same vein, moving staff to PT hourly, ( it's not workshare), simply underemployment, UE benefits. Can I set work hours to 4.80 per day without lunch breaks--24 hours per week? Have a uniform start time? Time keeping methods for the technology challenged leader?

Lots of companies are hosting remote/video "happy hours" for team building!
