I am confused about the billing codes that were sent associated with this then.
Princess Osita-Oleribe
21:31
How were these 7 ILO service areas determined?
Princess Osita-Oleribe
26:07
Ok, thanks
Tami Stump
28:35
Would the peer services cover engagement services for individuals that are not quite ready to see a QMHP? And could CMHPs provide these services?
cynthia ackerman
30:43
would the community agencies bill on a CMS 1500 or invoice?
Tami Stump
32:03
Sorry - my question was more about individual that are not wanting to engage in QMHP services.
Jennifer Gustafson
34:03
Could the ILOS offer payment for services for engaging individuals who have not yet completed an BH assessment which drives agency billing?
Jennifer Gustafson
34:56
Great thank you
cynthia ackerman
36:33
I appreciate the continued discussion in the billing processes - this is the area that feels less defined.
Tami Stump
37:13
How would consent to treat be handled for individuals not ready to engage?
Heather Peterson
43:50
Previously you mentioned that some ILOS might be before assessment & diagnosis. How is a valid diagnosis supposed to be included in that situation?
cynthia ackerman
44:38
1) What are examples of 'atypical' providers?
ORPRN
44:42
For the peer service prior to assessment and diagnosis a valid diagnosis wouldn't be required
cynthia ackerman
44:54
2) Is it legal for CCOs to prepopulate the 'fields' of a claim?
Tami Stump
45:25
Just adding as they come to mind... Would a LPHA that has a WIC program be able to bill for Lactation Consultation? The WIC funding does not cover the costs of the program, but it feels a little like possible double dipping maybe.
Douglas Carr-UHA
46:30
Do you anticipate that a roster invoice could be used by an organization?
Jennifer Gustafson
50:39
If this model was utilized, could the outcomes be used for the annual THW annual integration plan?
cynthia ackerman
50:43
Thank you Anne and Dave!
Tami Stump
52:20
Having billing and coding guidance would be amazing. Other States have billing guidelines, but Oregon tends to say they can not tell us how to bill. Big THANK You.
Kathryn Hart
53:27
The THW plan requires a lot of encounter data in a data reporting template and at this time there's no good way to capture it - ILOS may be helpful to capture more of these services
Jennifer Gustafson
53:34
Thank you
Tami Stump
55:23
And the Consent to Treat? My understanding is that the SUD Wavier has pre-engagement billing allowed and trying to get a head start.
ORPRN
55:51
Tami- We will work on a response to that question
Dave Fife
55:56
Are the ILOS options shown here modifiable (make more narrow, add a proposed code, etc) or should we treat these as final?
Tami Stump
56:25
Thank you :)
