Where will the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Visitors Center be relocated in this plan (currently in front of the Harbormaster building)? Will all of the existing boat slips on both sides of Ego Alley stay in place?

What is the current capacity of Hillman?

The idea for making the Gorman Street areas as multi-use area good. I also encourage the City to give consideration in the design for the Hillman Parking to include an option for a roof top garden. This additional open space which will enhance the livability of Annapolis. Say yes to a roof top park on Hillman Garage. Activate the ground level and the top level!

Will the water taxi and tour boats still be at City Dock?

What is happening with Blonder’s proposal to build a “boutique hotel” in the City Dock area? How is that going to impact your plans?

How and when will questions we sent prior to this meeting be answered?

A great story is how people go to the top level of the Hillman Garage to view the Blue Angels. Another reason to think about a roof top park.

If the water level will be 5 foot below the park and walkways (a good thing for flooding) - how will boaters get in an out of their boats - ramp down to a floating slip? What about bulkhead slips?

How will adjacent residential parking be protected?

So let’s also think about maybe dedicating some time to turn Main Street and/or Md Ave as a pedestrian mall. Seems that happened on Md Ave during cover.

Afford it, look at the feasibility.

Will there still be a park like walkway around the garage for pedestrians and dog walking?

How will parking for delivery trucks be handled now, especially with adding more retail use to the base of the garage?

Roof top park, Do it now or it will never get done. Thank you for considering this idea. I believe it will be a longterm asset for the City.. We all know the benefits open space. I hope we don’t miss this opportunity.

Will the height of the garage be the same or higher?

What is the risk sharing for damage to city streets?

If we look to move curbside dining to rooftop dining, we can get our parking spaces back AND increase restaurant seating with great harbor views

Kate I think a lot of rooftops have HVAC and also access issues but a good idea
