Describe what being at the gate is like. Are American soldier and Taliban at the same gates? Are there aconfrontations between both sides? If Americans let them through, do the Taliban allow them to pass?

Will Afghan refugees who come to OC need places to stay in private homes temporarily or will there be some type of housing provided?
