Whichever platforms you use, you need to be active on them. And have a volunteer managing the platform who actually uses the platform ...there are different conventions for each platform. (This is not the area of my expertise, but) seems like you need to know the parameters of each platform ...image sizes, video length, etc ...so you can create content for each platform.
