green tea has LOADS of caffeine
the only sugar I'm getting is from fruit, not juices.. is there a max no. of fruit per day?

I’m going to reduce my caffeine intake - and not drink past 2pm (GREAT tip by the way - did not realise how much of an impact my late coffee drinking has).

I don't go direct to sleep after I put my 2 year old to sleep. I watch TV to feel I have a break, but then I feel I need to eat or drink something. therefore I have hot chocolate. I don't loose weight feel like I'm gaining more weight. what should I do instead?

I think when we started my baby on solids that helped us improve the meals we were choosing to have as mostly planning for us to have the same meals and more conscious of what we’re feeding him.
