Electing multiple candidates using PR still allows Gerrymandering to allow Pack and Crack — A multimember election can go 3 to 2 or 2 to 3 for your party depending on how the larger Multimember districts are defined. It is still very much better than First Past the Post elections. The disparity is reduced but not totally eliminated.

in seattle voters automatically get them in the mail. I received them without asking.

At least Graham's bill is forcing some candidates to go on record at the same time they are scrubbing their websites and would prefer to soften their message during the primaries
