Water law is complicated. Can you comment on how Wyoming water law might inhibit water right users from using their water efficiently? And wht about the quality of water that is returned?

Is there anything we can do about Idaho water rights to the Snake River from the Jackson Dam?

Does it still stand in 2000 and forward that irrigation is the most use of Wy water

What about the fracking industry?

How do water rights apply to them?
