Wordpress is completely separate from Office software - so no.

I understand that the Charity Commission mandate that all individual charities maintain a lifelong archive of minutes, agm and financial accounts. Where and how should this best be managed by individual U3a?

to promote u3a it is good to put items on to other local social media sites, do promotional events locally at least 3 or 4 times a year. Put advertorials into local magazines

You could offer library archives your documents. Fiance I believe is for 6 years

Its our understanding that financial information should be kept of 6 years plus a year you are in.
