I went to regular school and even though I became disabled with the fever on the brain when I was 3, I didn't get diagnosed until I was 23 so I did not go thrugh Special Ed but I am older than some of you on here-I graduated in 1982 and I struggled with some things in school and I did go to a special reading class the summer after second grade. I repeated the first grade after my mother died.
All of Ashley's videos and handouts will be on the SARTAC website later today.
My mom graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1982 with her regular diploma and she went on to nursing school that Fall which would lead her to become a nurse at a hospital. My mom has bi-polar.
