Chris just mentioned that the agreement may only addresses the "inspection" piece, with the "repair piece optionally being done by homeowner's choice of plumber. But where does the "emergency action" piece come in? Will emergency work still fall under this Lantz agreement?

So will WCID send out a notice ASAP after this meeting indicating that the agreement is being revisited and that signature by July 13 (as noted in our letters) is not required and to hold on/wait until a revised agreement goes out?

The Annual Grinder Pump Service Agreement from the responding company should not be accepted without obtaining at least 2 other bids to compare costs. At least 3 bids should be obtained and reviewed prior to acceptance of costs.

The TCEQ rules at 30 TAC §317.2(d)(1) is the legal basis that WCID has to require we enter into an agreement.

208 Summit Ridge – Since is appears that the installation of the new grinder pump was authorized by the President Fred Marshall and not the home owner, is the home owner responsible for those costs or is the WCID?
