It was fun to run into someone at our local grocery store last month with Boulder Lake connection! I live in Central Illinois and had to speak up when I saw a Boulder Junction tshirt!
Morris, IL here. lots of guys from work have a place "up north"
We are buying a home and anticipate closing end of November, what is the best way to sign up.
If we have time it would be good to discuss the current fight to block a 300 foot communications tower that Bug Tussel is planning to put up alongside the west shore of Island Lake off of Fallon Road. Dennis Reuss is engaged in the fight but not sure how aware the broader community is. The Boulder Broadband project neuters the need for a speculative tower in the community of this size.

Are all these areas that you are now showing the areas that will be scheduled for Phase 1?
When will we know if our address will be serviced in phase 1 or 2?
Question for Bill - how many of the 695 initial sign ups are not part of Phase 1&2? I didn't see Wild Rice Lake or North/West shores of Island Lake in Phase 1 or 2.
Q&A is for later, be patient
Is the $49 package a forever pricing as they offer elsewhere?
Are you recording this Zoom meeting and can you please email out the recorded meeting so we can share with other who could not attend today's meeting?
How was it decided which properties would be in Phase 1?
Is CenturyLink requiring a subscriber to commit to a period of time? Contract?
If I wanted to share the recording of this meeting with someone will there be a link shared?
I have vacant land with anticipation to build. I plan an outdoor power distribution spot first. could I put the fiber term box there? in a weatherproof box if need be?
Will we have to contact Diggers hotline for where to dig to the property or will the town & Century Link do this?
is there a phase 2 map?
i missed the tower question, answer
Surely they expect us to sign up for the monthly rate for at least a minimum amount of time to qualify for this free installation. What is the amount of time?
Will the sign up demand alter who is included in Phase 1? If you have weak demand from a certain area included in Phase 1 will you swap that area out for an area with high demand sign up that wasn't originally included in Phase 1?

do you know will there be any service eventually for 2 miles north of the north Lakeland school?
i seen seasonal rates question in a slide. will they keep the seasonal rate an option
could you discuss the alternatives to phase two.
When we will get more detailed timeline for each of the areas that Steve talked about.
If we won't know what the minimum monthly service time will be until next month, after we have already signed up for free installation, will we be able to change our minds?
Wow! Thank you to all the folks who have put in so much hard work and time for the benefit of our town and all it’s residents. Amazed and thankful.
When will those not in Phase 1 start paying for this project via our property tax bills given the funding that has been approved by the town? I assume we will see a property tax bill increase prior to non-Phase 1 homes getting the service? (I think this was addressed in the original informational meetings prior to the town vote, just want to confirm nothing has changed). And finally a big thank you to the volunteers who have invested a lot of time in this project!
I agree, Its always abut money for the service provider. they wont bring service for peanuts in return. I'm glad boulder is above the curve
will there be a phase 2? or will they cancel after pohase 1
i appreciate that answer
Thank you for the Zoom meeting today.
Thank you very much!
were there any different questions on Thursday?
