could you please explain gentamicin and Pseudomonas, in Table 10.0 there is IE for gentamicin

We implemented the new definitions in March (Maastricht, The Netherlands). It went very well. We are very happy with the new clear definition of I in clinical practice.

There are antibiotics still having "normal" I category....but does it still means high dosage or increased exposure? (eg pip-tazo and Enterobacterales)

About the disc content, it could be usefull to standardize letters on disc between different manufacturers...
