This is a scenario that is not about the City of Bothell specifically, but one I was wondering about. I've known of situations where someone is asked to manage someone who self identifies as neurodiverse but hat manager doesn't feel like they have the proper resources or training to set that person up for success or support them in the ways they need. it often ends with both people feeling frustrated. Where might someone document this as an issue within this survey?
