@ Michael Cave and Diana Eichorn - ITLA 28 students are being mentored now via our 'Zoom into Leadership' program. This avenue for mentorship through the telework structure has proved fruitful for me and others in our cohort. As long as the mentors and the mentees are committed to the process, the mentorship will be successful.
