My family home was taken last May almost a year now by the county sheriff. My home and land was taken by force by the sheriff and his assault team and others ready to due bodily harm if we did not leave our property. The sheriff was given notice that I was not in his jurisdiction, a copy of my passport and supporting statements that I was a state citizen. Correction of status, Land patent, correction of the deed was done and state citizen passport. It just did not matter what I did, my home was taken. How do I a state citizen get my home and land back and or compensated for all the trauma?

I brought it here to Delaware to our Local Municipal Court to see if it had Standing. Clerk asked where the signature and seal was. I fought it until his record was clean. They are administering your estate because ww aren't stepping into the Executor Office. An order has to have standing in every other State. Without a signature it has no energy.
