Provisional ballots are common in some states that move voting locations shortly before an election to confuse voters into voting in the wrong old precinct.

Election funding? Governments pay for elections...although in the last election some private entities helped funding things like offering a sports arena, or buying personal protective equipment, due to COVID>

here are some things that were in the old bill and missing from the new bill, I think: Sec. 8001. Short title.Sec. 8002. Restrictions on private sector payment for government service.Sec. 8003. Requirements relating to slowing the revolving door.Sec. 8004. Prohibition of procurement officers accepting employment from governmentcontractors.Sec. 8005. Revolving door restrictions on employees moving into the privatesector.Sec. 8006. Guidance on unpaid employees.Sec. 8007. Limitation on use of Federal funds and contracting at businessesowned by certain Government officers and employees.
