A short intro of FLEK Swiss Consulting (Pty) Ltd. We are a Dual Vocational Skill Development Education and Training facilitator here in Southern Africa, the SWISS WAY. Our main partners are the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, SFIVET, the Swiss Welding Association SVS, as well die Deutsche Industrie- und Handelskammer AHK and many more. Our pilot project is the LNG Project in Mozambique, because the need ca. 20,000 skilled personal especially coded welders in the very near future and there are simply none available. Time is of enormous essence, the project is ongoing and the contractors are ready to hire, so they have no choice to hire non Africans and the African youth will remain once again uneducated and unemployed.Do to the aftermaths of the COVID-19 situation, we are forced to rethink the movement slightly and are in the process to start the “UBUNTU Movement” for entire Africa, see: https://youtu.be/ifK7o-ao0nc and http://flekswiss.com/assets/images/Switzerland-Education

How can African Diaspora in Germany be involved in all these initiatives
plasticpreneur – Raphaela Egger
01:32:38
We mainly work with the materials PP and PE because they do not produce any toxic gases. The plastic is heated, not burned. We also work with the machines ourselves as part of awareness-raising workshops with children and young people. btw: Our machines are CE certified. Security is very important to us! Plastics that we do not work with are, for example, PVC - this would produce toxic gases. If you have more questions or want to get in contact – here is my mailadress: hello@plasticpreneur.com
