We are not proponents of commercial development and didn’t live here in 2013. We love Radnor but would appreciate additional time to consider this.
Anne Andress
01:04:42
nor are we proponents of commercial development.
Austin McMullen
01:05:17
Which of the 70 properties are "steep slopes" and which are not?
Robert Cobb
01:05:38
This is an existing ordinance. The only change is the park land has been expanded through acquisition. The question on the table simple recognizes the expansion of the park lands.
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:06:32
I recognize the expansion but oppose the extension of the zoning
Austin McMullen
01:10:54
Did Friends of Radnor Lake recommend a referral of the ordinance for 30-60 days?
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:14:44
NO.I was at the last meeting gtoo1

01:18:29
You just acknowledged that you were going to promote transparency and then didn’t give us transparency as your neighbors.
Austin McMullen
01:18:40
WOW!
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:18:53
You are disrespecting us.
Anne Andress
01:19:06
yes, you are disrespecting us
Robert Cobb
01:20:09
Just because you choose to be uninformed, doesn't mean you are being disrespected. Pay attention!
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:21:13
I am informed as much as the city allowed. I have been participating in this discussing for weeks.
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:21:45
I STILL have not received responses to questions from the mayor and city engineer.
David Dorris
01:22:49
this is total bullshit. Dale Grimes for mayor!
Austin McMullen
01:23:29
This needs to be reconsidered. Maybe the new board will take that up after August 6
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:24:17
Yes. This has been very informative for the ballot.
Austin McMullen
01:25:03
If so many of the properties are covered by the steep slope law already, then why is this ordinance needed?
wilsonbuntin
01:25:26
Good question!
24blu
01:28:26
Will there now be a deed restriction on your property deed based on this approval when you decide to sale you house? If so is Oak Hill going to attach a deed restriction on all affected residents properties?
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:30:24
How many people are in attendance at this meeting?
Austin McMullen
01:31:34
Great question, Shannon. I'll be surprised if you get an answer. They don't answer any of the questions.
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:41:48
If, as Commissioner Grimes suggests, the state requires this meeting to resemble the normal meetings, then we should be aware of the people in the ‘room’. I certainly agree with him that a different format would help. But in the meanwhile, telling us the attendance would be a start.
Mayor Campbell
01:44:52
Sorry, just seeing this- there are 25 people in this room
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:45:10
Thank you
Robert Cobb
01:51:43
there are dial in options in the link on the city's web site.
wilsonbuntin
01:58:53
The letter was not sufficient notice. I did not inform the residents.
Austin McMullen
01:58:58
Hear! Hear! Dale Grimes!
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:59:07
You still need to mail out the Radnor impact map, including the steep slope properties that we don’t know about.
Shannon Wood and Peter Kurland
01:59:35
And thank you Commissioner Grimes.
