Would this push them into overtime if spread of hours total are less than 40 but Spread of Hours brings them over?

23:24
Thanks for deciphering!

31:40
If they are scheduled to work and I Call Them not to come in are they entitled to "Call -in Pay"?

33:29
Can an employee be called off via phone or text before they show up for a shift? If it's the middle of a blizzard, and the restaurant is running a LIMITED shift, can they be called off?

35:34
If an employee is scheduled, but cancelled 5 hours prior does the employer still owe call in pay?

43:45
Prefect! Thanks

52:37
What age do I need to require working papers?

58:56
Is it different if the employee is your own child?

01:06:12
FYI: I got dinged pretty hard when I failed to realize my 15 year old employees turned 16. That required a new set of working papers. The DOL position was I had NO working papers on file for my 16 year old employees. The 15 year old papers had no standing for the now 16 year old employee.

Do you have any idea when the 2022 meal credit and uniform credit numbers will be released

01:08:59
What is the protocol if the employee is over the age of 18 and still in high school?

01:09:53
If I have parental consent from a parent for a child that is 14 or 15, can they work longer hours (not saying all night, just 4-5 hours compared to 3)

01:14:13
