Kyle, How similar or different are the 2 evals? Does the WI eval have the same items as the ACL review tool?

46:17
Kyle, I certainly understand how it is safer to be reviewed by your peers, but do you feel that Madison or Milwaukee might be a bit more lenient than an ACL Fed review?

46:18
Yes, the WI review covers the core services but also goes to best practice in IL services. Also looks at other programs offered outside of IL and are they keeping with the IL philosophy.

49:18
1 more: how do you measure the IL Philosophy for a review?

56:54
Annetta , please tell us what you mean when you say you've had "very little progressiveness?" Thanks.

59:21
Got it! Thanks very much!

01:13:16
What were some of the plus 2 options?

01:15:02
Kyle. Great points about challenging ourselves, that our boards are challenging us--as they should!

01:16:28
financial policy is very extensive and it was helpful in thinking through....question how do we get the board to review them

01:16:41
the bylaws?

01:18:09
thanks...

01:19:06
our review was hybrid

01:20:44
Angelina, if having the board review financial policies is difficult, have a finance committee become thoroughly familiar with the policies so they, your finance manager, and your accountant can teach the rest of the board. Remind your board they have a responsibility to know the policies--legal responsibility.

01:20:45
To this point: what are ACLs plans moving forward in conducting reviews? Have they said how many? Virtual or in-person? What do you know?

01:22:34
once review is over and u start working on the feedback how long until is due again...? u mentioned using it as part of ur three year planning?

01:22:53
Thanks Paula:-)

01:23:36
is there changes to this process? I know one change was goals need to have a timeline

01:23:39
This may be a crystal ball question, but how will in-person reviews work for centers which have gone fully virtual?

01:28:05
so I keep hearing that these reviews are awesome, but other than making sure we are compliant, and that staff are documenting correctly, I really dont' see that connection of how this lets you know how your center can better improve services to your consumers.

01:34:57
Thank you all for all you do
