There has been some changes and lessons learned through law suits and court decisions that has changed the options we have in the ordinance, and Council only reached out to get feedback one time and that was when they first contemplated this. They now believe that a lot more Village residents are aware that this is being considered and wanted to allow for some new, additional feedback
