We do offer language credit for Carnegie units earned in middle school. So you can complete, for example, four years of Spanish in fewer than four years, if you come in with Carnegie units.

01:04:55
Thank you all! Great information. Very exciting!!
Maddie Dunn (senior)
01:04:58
I’ve taken a lot of VCU classes and loved them! Some taught by VCU professors and some taught by Maggie Walker teachers depending on which course… You are able to take the AP test for VCU courses and earn a college credit if you score high enough
Quinn Neary (senior)
01:05:17
I have to head out, but thank you everyone!
Sebastian
01:05:48
What’s the student:teacher ratio? (She just said it...)
TEACHER-Michael White
01:06:41
I'm not sure what the ratio is, but class sizes are fairly small. Classes in the low 20s are on the large side. Language classes, and many upper-level courses across all departments, tend to be smaller.
