What if we started business after February 15th 2020? Can we take advantage of the PPP loan under new rules?

Adam- To be eligible for a PPP loan during this round of PPP. The applicant must have been in operation on Feb. 15th 2020

I had a heart attack last week and can not walk yet, Is there a loan or grant I can get to get help for a while??

For Jim Pineau: Jim, you mentioned that someone should have their 2019 taxes done -our office continues to have some cases with individuals who filed by paper last year and have not yet had their returns processed. The IRS is working on getting caught up on those, but aren't yet. If that is the case for someone applying, how would it impact your process?
